Statement
Big, bold and imaginative jewellery characterised by minimalist, organic shapes, clear cut lines and matt textured surfaces.
Uniting traditional goldsmithing techniques and modern design elements in one of a kind pieces, whose symbolism moves consciously outside passing trends.
Vibrant opals, aquamarines, as well as more unusual root hematite, fancy coloured or rough diamonds, provide the central aspect of an exciting interplay of light and shadow, where the fine gold reveals its vivid and intense colour enhanced by a gentle and cool shimmer of the silver.
Sculptural quality and Spatial lightness
The collection is constructed and forged of sterling silver and 24ct gold with unusual semi precious and precious stones.
Focused on impeccable craftsmanship and appropriate comfort for the wearer, the striking feature of these, sensually appealing, creations is their sculptural quality and spatial lightness.
Technique
The fine gold is fused or soldered to silver or lower carat gold creating texture and contrast, characterful stones set in 24ct gold give colour and richness. Sometimes playful elements are added to clear solid forms and tactile finishes, with shape of the stone often dominating and leading the direction of the work
